IMPORTANT NOTICE

DUE TO THE DIGITAL NATURE OF OUR PRODUCTS, ALL SALES ARE GENERALLY FINAL. PLEASE REVIEW PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING.

NO REFUNDS FOR

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the prompts
  • Incompatibility with unsupported AI tools
  • Unmet expectations of AI output quality (AI results vary)
  • Accidental purchases (please be careful when checking out)

REFUNDS MAY BE GRANTED FOR

  • Prompts have no effect — if our prompts genuinely don't work for your use case, we'll refund you
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Product not delivered due to technical issues on our end
  • Product description was materially misleading
  • Prompt file is corrupted or inaccessible

SUBMIT REQUEST

Contact us if the prompts have no effect at support@promptecom.com with your order number and reason for refund.

REVIEW

Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days.

DECISION

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

STORE CREDIT OPTION

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund. Store credit:

  • • Never expires
  • • Can be used for any product on our site
  • • Can be combined with other payment methods
  • • Is transferable to other accounts

SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

For subscription services, you can cancel at any time. Refunds for subscription fees are only available if you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not used the service. No refunds for partial months.

DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

We encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargeback claims.
