All products sold on PromptEcom are digital downloads delivered instantly upon payment. Because digital content cannot be returned, all sales are generally final. Please review product descriptions and previews carefully before completing your purchase.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments on PromptEcom are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase from PromptEcom, you are purchasing from Paddle. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and where applicable, refund processing on our behalf. You may see "Paddle" or "paddle.net" on your bank or card statement.
14-DAY REFUND GUARANTEE
We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date — no questions asked.

Send your request to support@promptecom.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue.
REVIEW
We will review your request within 2 business days and may ask for screenshots or additional information to process your case.
RESOLUTION
If approved, refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
CHARGEBACKS
We strongly encourage customers to contact us at support@promptecom.com before filing a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account and access to purchased products. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that we believe are invalid.
